This week's class introduces specific foods to eat to support physical resilience to stress.
There is nothing in particular I wanted to highlight in this spot as I do for other classes, so I decided to allow Natasha Bedingfield to inspire you. Your future is yours to define! Physical and emotional resilience are within reach when you make choices that support it.
