Use the Feeling Wheel & the Weekly Emotion Checklist to identify nuances in what you are feeling, how often you feel an emotion, and even what time of day that emotion arises. Compare these to the seven hungers. Does your heart hunger mask as physical hunger? What behaviors cascade from your emotional experience?
