TOOLS FOR YOUR PERSONAL MINDFUL NUTRITION JOURNEY
Suggestion #1: Use the questionnaire in the link to assess for yourself how healthfully you are eating. Take it once now and once at the end of the course, take it once a month or every six months, or ignore it altogether! This is a tool to help you shape and guide your own mindful choices of what to eat.
Suggestion #2: Keep a journal. Keep track of what you eat, what time, and any experience of your day you would like to track where you want to contemplate a possible relationship with food: energy level, hunger level, mood, sensitivity-type responses, etc. What to track is your choice.
